Art brings an incredible amount of joy into our lives. We hope that your purchase from Tyger will be a piece that you will treasure for many years to come.

We always love to see you in our gallery on Ngunnawal Country (Yass, NSW) but we know visiting us in person isn’t always possible. Below is some information on the terms and conditions of sales through our online store.


Acknowledgment of artists

We recognise the Artist has the copyright of all art they produce and expect that you will recognise and respect this ownership.

Availability of items

All art listed for sale is subject to availability. In the unlikely event that your purchase becomes unavailable prior to dispatch, we will contact you and talk through options including a refund.

Sizing and product descriptions

Sizing and dimensions are provided as a guide. The colour of the works as shown on the website may vary slightly in real life and even between electronic devices.

Should you require additional information about an item that is not included in the product description on our website, please contact us, we are always too happy to chat about our art!

Orders

Please provide all your personal information including address and contact details at the time of purchase. If there is an issue with your order, this helps us get in contact with you quickly.

Unfortunately we aren’t able to amend or cancel orders once they have been dispatched.

Refunds

Under Australian Consumer Law, Tyger Gallery isn’t required to refund if you change your mind or don't like the art when it arrives. Please contact us if your art arrives broken or damaged. You will be responsible for shipping the art back to us.

Pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars.

Prices may be subject to change without notice, however you will only pay the price that is advertised for the item at the time you place your order.

Taxes

All prices include Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).

GST isn't applicable on orders delivered to an overseas address. If you have specified an overseas address in your order, the GST amount will be removed at the check-out stage of your order.

If you are making your purchase from outside Australia you will need to pay any local duties or taxes (eg. customs or import taxes) that apply in your country of purchase.

Postage

Artworks can be collected from the gallery free of charge. We would love to see you in the gallery!

For those of you who can’t pick up your art in person, we will supply you with postage quotes.

Packaging and delivery

All art is packaged with love and care on site at the gallery. We aim to pack and dispatch within 5 days of purchase.

Tyger Gallery tries to reuse as much packaging where possible and we encourage you to also reuse the packaging your art arrives in. Our priority is to deliver your work to you safely.

Your personal information is collected for purposes of fulfilling your order and for managing returns, refunds and exchanges.
