Karen says: "I was reminded by my neighbour Chris that simply getting out of bed and taking the dog for a walk was an act of hope and a decision to 'use it, not lose it' even when there were obstacles to overcome. This fairly abstract painting engages with some of the sights and sounds of local walks."
