Natalie is a mixed media artist who enjoys creating abstracted landscapes of places she has travelled to.

Natalie is most passionate about play; This piece was inspired by a trip to Iceland and evokes a feeling of isolation and vastness. She loves when a piece comes together as it wants to, she endeavours to let the work and materials speak to her and they go off on journeys together.

She uses a lot of different materials, basically she says she’s an art supply junkie and loves having all the stuff, Nat’s process involves reaching for whatever tool or supply that is calling to her at any given time, whether it’s a particular colour or type of supply. Natalie’s work can often have acrylics, dry-media, collage, inks and can include the natural world as well. Natalie wants the viewer to feel that same joy she has when creating the work.
